Why don't we allow tours?

The comfort and emotional well-being of our guests come first. Unfamiliar visitors and the unusual activity of tours cause anxiety and distress for the dogs staying with us, often leading to excessive barking and pacing. To keep our environment peaceful and stress-free, we choose not to conduct public tours.

We know how important it is to trust where your dog stays. While we don't offer walkthroughs, we are completely open to answering any questions you have about our facility and daily routines!
