New Prices

We want to ensure all our valued clients have ample notice regarding an upcoming adjustment to our pricing, which will take effect from April 1, 2026. Unfortunately, this will not be an April Fools’ Day prank. Over the past few years, we have worked diligently to absorb ever increasing operational expenses. However, to maintain the quality of care you expect for your beloved dogs, we find it necessary to introduce the following changes. Even with the adjustment, we are confident that our prices remain highly competitive within the industry.

New Rates Per Calendar Day

Please see below for the updated daily rates for our boarding services:

·         Small (up to 15 kg): $20
·         Large (15 kg to 30 kg): $23
·         Extra Large (30 kg+): $26

 Doggy Daycare (All Sizes): $20 per day

Doggy Daycare Discount Offer

To ease the transition to our new pricing, we are pleased to offer a special on our 10-day Daycare Concession Card. You can purchase a card for $180 throughout April 2026. Please note that after this promotional period, the regular price will be $200.

Out of Hours Policy

If you anticipate needing to collect or drop off your pet outside of our standard opening hours, please arrange with us in advance. For pre-arranged out-of-hours service (available strictly between 10am and 4pm), a fee of $30 will apply, on public holidays $50. Should you arrive outside of opening hours without prior arrangement, an unannounced out-of-hours fee of $80 will be charged.
